Flower Order & Delivery 

Same Day Delivery - Weekdays 

  • For same-day delivery, Monday to Friday, place your order BEFORE 12:00 PM AEST for residential delivery and BEFORE 12 PM AEST for business delivery. For same-day delivery on Sat order before 10 AM AEST.
  • We will provide same day delivery if orders are received after the specified times if we have the capacity to allocate your order for same day delivery. If in the event that we do not have the delivery capacity, in this case, your order will be fulfilled the NEXT business day. 

Urgent Delivery Request - Weekdays 

  • If you require an urgent delivery on a business day (for example, after the above times specified to meet same day delivery criteria), please call us (+61 408 676 350) during our business hours, 9 AM-5 PM AEST, Monday to Friday and notify us of your requirement. Please note that additional delivery fees may apply for our urgent delivery service.
  • If urgent delivery is required for a Saturday, it is requested that customers contact us PRIOR to placing your order, as this ensures that delivery times are suitable for both our florist, courier and recipient. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Next Day Delivery - Weekdays 

  • We offer next-day delivery across our delivery zone within the Melbourne Metro areas.
  • Occasionally, we also offer NEXT-DAY FREE DELIVERY for certain promoted local suburbs. Promo Code NextDayFree23 MUST BE USED when checking out to activate and apply the discount to your order. You will incur the standard delivery fee for your delivery location in you do not use this discount code at checkout. 
  • Orders must be received before 5 PM AEST Monday - Friday for FREE next day delivery. Saturday orders will be allocated for delivery for the NEXT business as we do not deliver on Sundays. 

Saturday Delivery 

  • For Saturday deliveries, orders must be placed before 10 AM AEST. When orders are placed after this specified time, your order will be allocated for delivery on the NEXT business day. 

Delivery Unavailability - Sunday & Public Holiday 

  • We are unavailable for deliveries on Sundays, Public Holidays and selected business holiday periods which we will notify our customers of dates in advance. 
  • Orders requesting deliveries on these days may be scheduled for delivery on the NEXT business day, with the exception of  Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Scheduled Date For Delivery:

  • Order your flowers a few days beforehand or well in advance for best results for larger custom or bespoke arrangements or during our busy seasons, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, to beat the rush, avoid missing out and for accurate and timely delivery. To do this, simply select your advanced date on our calendar when checking out, or contact us directly at hello@floristcorner.com.au if your order is more customised. 

Delivery times:

  • Our standard delivery times are between 9 AM & 6 PM AEST Monday – Saturday. 
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and the volume of orders we receive on the day of your order.
  • From time to time, there will be instances where certain elements are out of our control, i.e. traffic, weather, and staff shortage due to illness, among others, which will affect our delivery scheduling. 
  • Due to mentioned reasons, we cannot promise or guarantee delivery times on the day and are not liable for any failure or delays in delivering your items. However, we will do our best to fulfil your order on your chosen delivery date. 
  • To give our customers some certainty, we can, however, try our best to fulfil your request if you prefer a delivery time slot (morning delivery, 9 AM to 12 PM AEST or afternoon delivery, 12 PM to 5 PM AEST); please specify your request in the “Notes For Us” section when checking out your order. 
  • For any delivery outside of the mentioned times, please contact Florist Corner directly at hello@floristcorner.com.au or +61 408 676 350 to discuss further details and arrangements, and we will try our best to fulfil your delivery instructions. 

Delivery Guarantee

  • In the rare event that we cannot fulfil your order due to a particular issues, we will provide a full refund of your delivery fee and deliver your flowers and gifts on the next available date. 
  • This guarantee applies only when the correct delivery address is provided, contact phone numbers for both the recipient and sender are available, and there is safe and clear access to the delivery location.

Delivery Zones:

  • We are delivering to selected Melbourne Metro zones. Please check our [Suburbs We Serve] and see if we offer delivery in your area. 
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the postcode of the delivery location. If delivery postcode is chosen incorrectly, Florist Corner will request the difference in delivery fee, and the product will be re-routed and delivered once the amended payment has been made.

Large & Custom Orders & Delivery 

  • Should you require more customised or bespoke orders, please contact Florist Corner directly at hello@floristcorner.com.au or +61 408 676 350 to discuss further details; we can then assist with your order, payment and arrangement for delivery.

Special Delivery Instructions

  • Please provide us with as much information as possible to ensure accurate delivery of your order. Any additional information related to your delivery can be specified in the “Notes For Us” section when checking out; this will help with the successful delivery of your order. 

Urgent Delivery Requests

  • If you require an urgent delivery on a Business Day (for example, the order is placed after our orders for same day delivery have closed), please call us at +61 408 676 350 during our business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday and notify us of this requirement. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in this case.
  • If customers require an urgent delivery on a Saturday, it is requested that customers contact us PRIOR to placing the order, as this will ensure that we have the delivery capacity to fulfil your order. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Attempted Delivery & Incorrect or  Incomplete Delivery Address

  • When placing your order, please ensure all details provided are correct and accurate.
  • We request that the recipients are home to receive the flowers, particularly those in apartment buildings. It is best that dates and times are checked with the recipient beforehand to guarantee this.
  • Should the recipient is not available at the customer’s specified delivery address to receive your order when we arrive, and we are able to determine the correct address and delivery location, we will do our best to place your order in a safe and secure place and when possible under cover and away from extreme weather exposure or view from external parties at your nominated delivery address. However, we are not liable for theft, poor or extreme weather damage of goods in this instance.
  • Unattended deliveries will have a quick picture taken to confirm that the delivery has been fulfilled.
  • If we are unable to determine the delivery address or the recipient due to incorrect details provided, the delivery will be forfeited. We will contact you immediately to advise that we are unable to proceed with delivery due to the mentioned reasons and will work with you to find a solution to fulfil your delivery at the time of our call. However, if we cannot reach you, another delivery may be scheduled, which will incur an additional fee.
  • Should you wish to re-delivery your order, a re-delivery fee will be incurred. If rescheduled delivery is for an alternative day, product replacement fees will apply for flowers that need replenishment.
  • Please contact us ASAP if you have provided us with the incorrect delivery information, and we will make amendments from our side and deliver according to the revised details.
  • If an incorrect address is supplied and your order has been delivered, Florist Corner is not held liable. Please enter all details correctly when checking out.

Re-delivering Of Orders 

  • If your order requires re-delivery, a re-delivery service fee and or a product replacement (if flowers need replenishment) fee will be incurred. 

Delivery, Order Amendments & Changes 

  • A minimum of 24hrs notice will be required for cancellations and changes of mind. Contact us ASAP with as much notice as possible if needed. 
  • For changes or amendments to the delivery address for your order, you must notify us in writing 24 hours before your scheduled delivery via our email, hello@floristcorner.com.au.
  • If you fail to notify us 24 hours in advance and simply notify us on the day of your scheduled delivery, we will make every attempt to accommodate this change. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address or cancellation of your flowers. Should our delivery driver need to reroute to an alternative delivery location, an additional fee will be charged.
  • For weddings and Events, including all large customised and bespoke orders, a 3-week notice must be provided to Florist Corner.

Undelivered Items

  • Undelivered items will be brought back to our Florist Corner studio, where the customer will be liable for any additional changes concerning returning, storing or disposing of the undelivered items. 
  • Products are considered undeliverable when:
    • The recipient is not home or unavailable to receive their items when the customer has requested face-to-face delivery to the recipient. 
    • There is nowhere safe to leave the items.
    • The recipient’s address is incorrect or incomplete and cannot be located. 

Damages beyond our control or Damages Due To External Factors 

  • As flowers are delicate and perishable, If flowers are left outdoors due to the recipient's unavailability to receive them, recipients are advised to collect their orders as soon as they are notified that they have been delivered. 
  • We should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Florist Corner. Kindly refer to Refund Policy.
  • Florist Corner is not liable for goods damaged in transit or not received. 

In-Store Pickup

  • As an online florist, we currently do not offer in-store pickup.
