Flower Return & Refund

  • At Florist Corner, we process returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. 
  • Products sold on this website are primarily perishable, natural and organic items, and we go above and beyond to source the best market fresh flowers and the healthiest indoor plants for our customers, as our reputation depends on it. 
  • Due to the perishable and delicate nature of the flowers, their lifespan is dependent on the species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others.
  • Flowers will react to their immediate indoor environments and external weather conditions, which will affect and impact their longevity of the flowers. 
  • We accept returns for defective products only if flowers and gift are defective upon moment of the recipient receives the flowers and gifts.
  • On rear occasions, your flowers might not meet expectations. However, you can generally expect your flowers to last between 3 -7 days, provided they are cared for correctly.
  • We don't accept product exchanges.

We Recommend: Care Instructions To Prolong The Lifespan Of Your Flowers Is Followed

  • We will take photos of our flowers upon delivery as proof and confirmation of our quality, and delivery was made with the best care. 
  • We will replace your flowers if it is damaged or wilted on the same day of delivery if care recommendations have been applied. After this day, the responsibility falls on the receiver to care for the flowers and notify us if there are any concerns on the same day of delivery.
  • We will request photo proof be provided to us clearly showing said damaged or wilted flower on the Same Day of delivery for our reference, record keeping and quality control. 
  • We will use the photos to determine the issue and what may have occurred and to claim compensation, if possible, from our courier where appropriate.  We can then arrange, if applicable, one of the following: 
    • A re-delivery on the next available delivery date: or 
    • A full or partial refund (% refund dependent on the specific circumstances of the concern)
  • If you are still unsatisfied with the flowers and wish to replace a damaged flower after delivery, we will need to be advised on the same day of delivery, as the responsibility falls upon the receiver to care for their flowers.
  • If you have followed all of the above care instructions and the flowers have not lasted at least 3 days of purchase, Florist Corner must be notified within this time by calling us at +61 408 676 350 or emailing us directly at hello@floristcorner.com.au. 
  • To assist us with your concerns and in quality control, it is our policy and reserves the right to request original photos of said flowers for our records and collect the original flowers at our discretion. Regrettably, replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced. Florist Corner will not accept returns for change of mind.
  • It is our discretion to consider issues raised after the 3-day deadline, but we reserve the right to refuse the option to refund or resend flowers. Please note a this does not confer the right to an automatic refund of 100% or re-delivery of goods but a fair resolution.
  • Once a refund has been authorised, a transaction will be made at our earliest convenience within 24 to 72 hours. Refunds will only be made in the original payment method.
  • Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on seasonality and market supply. As a result, not all flower bouquets and arrangements produced are as shown on sample images on our website www.floristcorner.com.au ; by accepting these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
