Substitution Disclaimer
At Florist Corner, we go to great lengths to ensure that what you see is what the recipient gets. All floral arrangements, indoor plant, gifts & hampers ordered online or via phone are made in our studio by our trained staff.
There are times, however, when this is impossible due to various factors, including seasonal and market flower and product availability. Rather than reducing our product range down to the lowest common denominator, we utilise an equitable substitution policy.
If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with another item of similar style, colour and value. In this case, we will first endeavour to contact you prior to delivery.

Please consider your delivery address and ensure the correct details have been entered at checkout, as re-deliveries will incur additional fees.

Mon - Fri Between 9AM - 6 PM
Sat 9 AM to 4 PM
Commercial:
Mon - Fri Before 5 PM

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to hundreds of suburbs across Melbourne. Our delivery services coverage includes Brighton, Bentleigh East, Box Hill Caulfield, Doncaster, Glen Iris, Hampton, Kew, Malvern, Mount Waverley, Glen Waverley, Ormond, Prahran, Richmond, Ringwood, Toorak, Vermont and many more. Do you offer Same Day Delivery & what is the cut-off time?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders received after these times will be scheduled for delivery on the next available day.
Do you deliver on weekends & public holidays & what is the cut-off time?
Yes, we offer delivery on Saturdays for orders placed before 10 AM.
At this time, we do not usually deliver on Sundays, public Holidays, or business holidays, except for peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, which may fall on Sundays. In this case, we may extend our delivery hours to include Sundays. Please refer to our Contact Us page for specific details on our trading hours during these times.
Can I select a specific delivery date? Can I order in advance?
Yes, you can select the specific date and place your order in advance for when you'd like your flowers to be delivered when you're on the Cart Page.
Can I specify a delivery time?
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we do offer a delivery window. Our delivery windows are morning 9am to 12pm and afternoon delivery 12pm to 5pm.
Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery fees vary based on the delivery location and the size of the order. The fees are calculated at checkout.
Will my gift look like the photo?
Our talented designers are dedicated to creating floral arrangements that closely match the images displayed on our website. However, as flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability, some substitutions may be necessary depending on the time of year and supplier stock.
Rest assured, our team will carefully select blooms that maintain the style, colour palette, and quality of your chosen design, crafting an arrangement that is just as stunning, if not more so than the original.
Will I know when my gift has been delivered?
We'll keep you informed throughout the whole delivery process. We'll let you know when the flowers leave our studio and then once your gift has been delivered. Florist Corner do not outsource our deliveries. We have a dedicated, in-house delivery team to ensure that all orders are delivered on your chosen day, and with the utmost care.
Are you a real florist?
Yes, we are a small business based in Mount Waverley, Victoria and delivery flower around Melbourne. We do not participate or collaborate with third party order aggregators that farm out orders.
Can I order custom floral creations for delivery?

What happens if delivery fails?
- In the event that your delivery was not possible or failed due to incorrect information, wrong delivery address, etc., we will contact you and confirm the instructions for re-delivery, noting that we reserve the right to charge a 're-delivery' fee
- If delivery fails due to our error, we will contact you to discuss the re-delivery options and ensure we can complete the delivery. If this was our error, you will not be charged a re-delivery fee, and we will refund the original delivery value within 5 business day
Can I pick up my order?
As we are currently a private floral design studio we do not offer order pick up.
How long will my flowers last?
Longevity: Fresh flowers last approximately 3–7 days with proper care.
